The Skamania Accessory Structure is an accessory structure to an existing cabin on a 26 acre property in Stevenson, WA. The structure is two story with a two car garage on the main floor. One bay will be used as a ceramics studio with adjacent kiln room. The second floor will be used as an office / lounge. The property is within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and does not currently allow Accessory Dwelling Units, however anticipating quickly changing regulations a kitchen can easily be added and the office used as a bedroom to convert it to an ADU in the future.
